Diverse Leaders in Tech (DLiT) started as an initiative under Techleap, backed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy. Now, as an independent social impact venture, we are scaling DEI across the European tech industry.
With data-driven insights, peer learning, and expert-led strategies, we empower organizations to move beyond intent and make DEI an integral part of their business. Led by Ingrid Tappin (CEO), with continued support from Gillian Tans, Booking.com and Techleap as Founding Partners, DLiT is shaping the future of inclusive leadership in tech.
