Can I attend if I’m new to DEI?
Yes! Our events are designed for all experience levels. Whether you’re just starting or already leading DEI initiatives, you’ll find valuable insights and a supportive community.
Are DLiT events in-person or online?
Most meetups are in-person, but select sessions are online. Check the event details for virtual options.
Can I bring my team or colleagues?
Definitely! Attending as a team is a great way to align on DEI goals and bring new insights back to your organization.
If your company is a DLiT member, colleagues can also join:
- DEI Lead Members can bring 1-2 colleagues.
- DEI Team Members have more flexibility.
- DEI Leadership Members can invite their entire company with no limit.

Do I have to be a DLiT member to join?
No, but members get free access to 10 Community Meetups per year and exclusive deep-dive sessions. Non-members can attend their first meetup for free.
What if I already joined once? How can I attend again?
If you attended a free Community Meetup, you can join again by
becoming a DLiT Member. As a member you’ll get free access to meetups, plus other exclusive benefits. Explore our memberships on this page.
You can also join individual events without membership. Please contact us so we can help you out with this!
Will there be networking opportunities?
Absolutely! Every event is designed to foster meaningful connections—whether through interactive discussions, peer learning, or casual networking.
Will I receive a recap or materials after the event?
For select events, we share key takeaways and resources. Details will be emailed to attendees.
What if I registered but can’t make it?
If your plans change, let us know so we can offer your spot to someone else.
