We’re excited to invite you to the very first session of Unmuted Conversations— a new informal online event created by the DLiT community, for the DLiT community. No panellists, no presentations, no pressure — just real talk.

This is your chance to connect, reflect, and exchange experiences with others who care about inclusion and community. You’ll join as an equal voice in the room — whether you want to share, listen, or simply be present.

This event is open to all DLiT community members.

In our first session, moderated by Magdalena Szumna, we’ll explore the question: How do shifts in US policies influence DEI efforts in the Netherlands — and how should we prepare? As global conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion continue to evolve, policy changes in the U.S. often ripple outward. This session invites us to think about what those changes mean for our local context, the challenges and opportunities they present, and how we can proactively shape DEI efforts here in the Netherlands.
