When: Wednesday, November 25
Where: Zoom
Program: 4 PM CEST

Note: No recording, what is shared stays in the room
We’re excited to invite you to this special session of Unmuted Conversations — an informal online event created by the DLiT community, for the DLiT community. No panellists, no presentations, no pressure — just real talk.
This is your chance to connect, reflect, and exchange experiences with others who care about inclusion and community. You’ll join as an equal voice in the room — whether you want to share, listen, or simply be present.
This event is open to all DLiT community members.
In this session, moderated by Magdalena Szumna, we’ll explore the aftershocks and algorithms of this year’s events: Dutch elections, restructuring in many companies and what DEI will look like in 2026.
Amid a new government mandate following the recent Dutch elections, major organisation restructurings, heightened focus on AI and questions about the continuing influence of U.S. policies in Europe – DEI professionals face renewed expectations and changing stakeholder priorities.
Join us to map key shifts, identify risks and opportunities, and build readiness for 2026’s DEI agenda in the Netherlands and beyond.
Magdalena Szumna is an Intercultural Leadership Catalyst, Diversity Competence Trainer, Brave Spaces Facilitator, and a founder of INDIGO Diversity Consulting.
